Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
• Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on eligible orders (as displayed during checkout).
• If applicable, shipping charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery is available on selected PIN codes.
• Additional COD charges may apply, if mentioned during checkout.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partner will make multiple delivery attempts. If the order is undelivered due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, it may be returned to us.

Incorrect Address

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. Nurture Tree is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

• If you receive a damaged package or any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
