Refund policy

At Nurture Tree, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

  • We accept return requests for both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • If your order has already been delivered and you wish to return it, you must request the return within 3 days of delivery.
  • Return requests made after 3 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will not issue a cash refund to your original payment method or bank account.
  • Instead, the full order value will be provided as a Store Credit / Website Credit, which can be used for future purchases on the Nurture Tree website.
  • Store Credit will be issued only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product should not be damaged or tampered with.
  • The return request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products returned after 3 days of delivery.
  • Opened, used, or damaged products.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.
